Ms. CAROLYN S. RODRIGUEZ

Ms. Rodriguez is currently Head of Information and Communications Technology at SEAMEO INNOTECH. Prior to this, she has had several years of service to the Center, first as Editor and later on as its Publications and Documentation Officer. Before she joined INNOTECH, Ms. Rodriguez served as University Research Associate and Lecturer at the College of Mass Communication, University of the Philippines in Diliman. As lecturer, she conducted classes on communication research, as well as introductory sessions on technology and the use of computers. Before this, she was Communications Officer of the Philippines Business for Social Progress and the National Council for Integrated Area Development where she gained extensive experience in developing and implementing communication and information programs.

Ms. Rodriguez has a Master's Degree in Technology Management from the Technology Management Center, University of the Philippines, Diliman. She graduated, cum laude, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication, major in Communication Research also from U.P. Diliman and has completed coursework for an MA degree in the same field.

Ms. Rodriguez has participated in a number of national and international seminar-workshops and training programs serving in such capacities as organizer, facilitator, resource person, lecturer, and paper presenter in such areas as teaching-learning materials design and development, publications design and layout, technical writing, information processing and packaging and technology management.
