training program covers a wide spectrum of educational
human resource development concerns in the SEAMEO
region. We design our training courses according to
the needs of our clients. We help enhance the professional
skills of education officers, especially in identifying
educational problems, developing feasible and effective
solutions to these problems and implementing them
efficiently.
The
training courses we conduct stand apart in several
aspects. Foremost, they directly address the problems
of our target participants. This requires us to always
ensure their relevance and flexibility in content
and method. Multi-channel learning approaches characterize
our training strategies. Our broadly-experienced training
staff and facilitators believe in the effectiveness
of making training at INNOTECH learner-centered and
highly experiential, utilizing various mediators of
learning. Never have they lost sight of the premise
that creative use of the right training tools is good
advocacy for creativity, educational innovation and
technology. Built-in evaluation and feedback mechanisms
