Project TAO NURTURES targeted school head aspirants in 43 elementary schools and 12 high schools in Malabon and Navotas. Started in late 2004 and completed in February 2005, the series of training on TAO NURTURES had four batches of 50 assistants to the principal and senior teachers who received recognition as TAO NURTURES Fellow.
