ICT Toolkit for Teaching, Learning and Administration

Microsoft Partners in Learning partnered with SEAMEO INNOTECH for the implementation of its newly developed capacity-building toolkit for ICT integration in teaching, learning and administration. The toolkit is intended for piloting among teacher education institutions (TEIs) in the Asia-Pacific region.

In connection with this, a workshop was conducted recently to generate awareness and common understanding of the toolkit. ICT national consultants and officials of TEIs in Indonesia, Thailand, the Philippines and Vietnam were invited to review the instrument and gauge its applicability in their local contexts.

The toolkit will be tried out first in small scale basis, involving the aforementioned countries. It will be scaled up eventually to involve more countries and institutionalized among TEIs.
