| For the pilot phase of LEARNTECH eXCELS, SEAMEO
INNOTECH has selected the competency area “Leading Curricular
and Instructional Processes” as the focus for the first flexible
learning training course. Seventeen (17) self-instructional flexible
learning modules have been developed for delivery in multiple modalities
supported by supplementary audio and video programs. Learning support
services will be provided by flexible learning tutors attached
to participating National Partner Institutions.
