Abstract:           Observations made during inspections show that
                    the work produced by students are generally poor
                    esp during BJCE exams and exhibition.  
Objectives:         To improve art teachers competency, a provide
                    them with extension of knowledge in general and
                    pertinent subject watten knowledge in particular.
Methodology:        Practical activities, short talk &
                    discussion/demonstration.

Expected Outcomes:  By the end project period, the number of
                    secondary school students who have the skill to
                    do try-outs shall have increased at least 75. 
Results to Date:    Art teachers who have responded & did some
                    'tryouts' admitted that student response was very
                    encouraging & most of the students have
                    demonstrated improvement in the quality and
                    standard of work.
