Objectives:         To orient DECS field officials and teachers on
                    utilization of various instructional materials
                    (Measurement Handbook-Cognitive and Affective,
                    Multi-Level Instructional Materials, Fast
                    Learners, Learning Competencies, Pre School
                    Handbook).  
Methodology:        Representative group from the regional, division,
                    district, and school levels will attend a 3-day
                    Seminar Workshops.  It will utilize lectures,
                    workshops, demonstrations and buzz session
                    strategies.  
Background:         Feedback gathered from the field administrators
                    revealed that there is an urgent need to orient
                    field officials and teachers on newly developed
                    instructional materials for its effective
                    utilization.  
Expected Outcomes:  Materials to be used on the utilization of
                    Industrial Materials; and.  More usage of various
                    institutional materials in classroom
