  (i) In the case of a lower secondary school with 10 or below
  approved classes the approved establishment will be 1.43 teachers
  per approved class, including the head-teacher, worked out as
  below:

  The total staff, including the head-teacher, will then be 1.43 N.
  The break-down of this 1.43 N will be as follows:

  Number of NC/CT/RTC/etc. = 1.43 (x + a + b + c)

  Number of Graduates = 1.43 (c)/2

  (ii) In the case of a lower secondary school with 11 and above
  approved classes, the approved ration will be 1.3 teachers per
  appproved class, including the head-teachers, as worked out below:

  double sessions.
