Full text: The Humanities Scholarships are offered jointly by the
  Public Service Commission (PSC) and the Ministry of Education to
  encourage bright students to study the humanities at the pre-u
  level (and subsequently at the undergraduate level) under the
  Humanities Programme.  Scholars are encouraged to join one of the
  following colleges:-

  a)  Hwa Chong Junior College

  b)  National Junior College

  c)  Raffles Junior College

  d)  Temasek Junior College

  e)  Victoria Junior College

  They may subsequently apply for PSC's undergraduate awards to
  continue their study of the humanities in overseas universities or
  at the National University of Singapore.
