to educational organizations such as the South
East Asian Ministry of Education Organization
(SEAMEO), the Islamic Educational, Scientific
and Cultural Organization (ISESCO), the Asian
Pacific Economic Co-operation Education Forum
(APEC Education Forum), and the International
Council on Education for Teachers (ICET), reflects
the need for access to international information.
The Ministry of Education itself is growing in
the use of high technology in the information
superhighway.
