*  Infant (0-1 year) and under-5 mortality rates for the 10-year period preceding the survey
**  Percentages of children under five years who are classified undernourished according to the weight-for-age anthropometric index of nutritional status.  The index is expressed in terms of the number of standard deviation units from the median of the National Center for Health Statistics/Centers for Disease Control and Prevention/World Health Organization international reference population.  Children are classified as malnourished if their z-scores are below minus two standard deviations from the median of the reference population.
