JOB SUMMARY
Provide administrative support and technical assistance to the LQMO Manager, the Quality Improvement and Planning Unit, and the Legal and Policy Unit in LQMO-related processes and concerns, including planning, monitoring, evaluation, legal and policy activities and services.
ACCOUNTABILITY STATEMENTS
- Full backstopping support provided for the timely, complete, and accurate recording and documentation of the following:
- Planning, monitoring, evaluation, legal and policy activities and services; all new and amended planning, monitoring, evaluation, legal and policy processes/ procedures, forms and templates; and planning, monitoring, evaluation, legal and policy reports, including quarterly performance measures submitted by the different units/offices of the Center.
- Timely and satisfactory administrative and logistical support to LQMO, QIPU and legal and policy services in all LQMO-related functions.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collect and monitor requested/ required submissions of planning, monitoring, evaluation, legal and policy documents.
- Disseminate new/ amended planning, monitoring, evaluation, legal and policy guidelines/ procedures, tools, and/or templates as may be required.
- Assist in the monitoring of updates on performance measures/ status reports of achievements of LQMO targets/ deliverables.
- Provide administrative assistance in the conduct, management and documentation of LQMO-led planning, monitoring, evaluation, legal and policy activities/ initiatives.
- File planning, monitoring, evaluation, legal and policy-related records and documents, as well as other official documents of LQMO.
- Provide relevant frontline services and administrative and logistical support to LQMO staff.
- Perform other related tasks that may be assigned by the LQMO Manager.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Educational Attainment
Completion of an appropriate baccalaureate degree or its equivalent from a duly recognized institution of higher learning.
- Work Experience
At least 3 years of relevant work experience.
