Please read the Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using the MT4T website operated by SEAMEO INNOTECH ("us", "we", or "our").
Your access to and use of the MT4T website is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the MT4T website.

MT4T Forum
Access to the MT4T Forum requires you to create an account first. When you create an account, please provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. (Read our Privacy Policy) The MT4T Forum is created for the sole purpose of sharing and exchanging ideas with other users, and to enable you to establish or widen your professional learning network.
Uploading of documents/learning materials and posting of web links for the purpose of sharing resources are allowed. Do not upload or transmit any material that infringes or misappropriates any person’s copyright, patent, trademark, or trade secret, or disclose through the Forum any information of which disclosure would result to a violation of any confidentiality obligations you may have. SEAMEO INNOTECH shall not have any liability related to the content of any documents/learning materials that will be uploaded through the MT4T Forum. However, SEAMEO INNOTECH reserves the right to edit or remove any document/learning material uploaded through the MT4T Forum at its discretion at any time.
You may not upload any harmful computer code, viruses, worms, Trojan horses, nor subject the MT4T website’s network or servers to unreasonable traffic loads, or otherwise engage in conduct deemed disruptive to the ordinary operation of the website.
You are strictly prohibited from using the MT4T website to communicate in a way that is deemed unlawful, harmful, offensive, threatening, abusive, libelous, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, profane, hateful, fraudulent, or disrespectful of any culture, race, and ethnicity that would constitute a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise violate any applicable local, national, or international law.
SEAMEO INNOTECH shall deem such acts as a breach of the Terms of Use of the MT4T website, and as such, may result in the termination of your access to and use of the MT4T Forum. SEAMEO INNOTECH reserves the right to report to proper authorities any unlawful acts committed in the course of using the MT4T Forum.
Downloading resources
You understand and agree that any content downloaded or otherwise obtained from other MT4T Forum users is at your own discretion and risk. SEAMEO INNOTECH shall not be responsible for any damage caused, or alleged to have been caused, directly or indirectly, by the information or ideas contained, suggested or referenced in or appearing on the MT4T Forum.
Notification of possible Copyright Infringement
In the event you believe that a material or content uploaded on the MT4T Forum may infringe on your copyright or that of another, please contact us at the numbers provided in the Contact Us page or report the entire post by clicking on the Report button for SEAMEO INNOTECH’s review.

Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding the MT4T website, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us.
