INNOTECH proudly releases its first set of Discussion Papersโpreliminary, research-based documents (akin to working papers) that present research findings, emerging issues, and evidence-based perspectives to stimulate dialogue, inform further study, and support decision-making among researchers, technical personnel, and education stakeholders.
This series is grounded in the Regional Teacher Motivation Study, a multi-country initiative examining the factors that influence teachersโ decisions to remain in the profession across Southeast Asia. The study also informed the development of the Southeast Asian Framework on Teacher Motivation, which serves as a structured lens for understanding teacher retention in diverse contexts. |
