Online world–shared responsibility! During this Pandemic time, people are relying very much on internet, everyday, almost in everyway. Many are benefiting and many are prone to  hazards because of their lack of knowledge of the risks and threats they are facing specially the young ones. This is one of the challenges that I am facing as an ALS teacher. To educate the learners on how to use the internet meaningfully ,responsibly and productively.

We need to capacitate ourselves more so that we can be an effective teacher and model to them. We will not stop exploring so that we will have more knowledge to share with them, and so that we can maximize the use of internet . Not only to them but  to some parents who need it.

We need to get motivated always to move on, not to get discouraged when a learner will question our capabilities on digital know-how. We will get our inspirations from our learners ,that we will be shaping them with desirable values, attitudes, skills in this digital time .

As teacher, we should always empty our cap for more learnings and chances. We should not stake of what we had instead we need to explore, do research, attend trainings to improve our capabilities. Learning cannot only be taken from our colleagues during seminars, at the internet but also from our interaction with our learners. We actually learning from each other.
