1. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1.1
Monitoring and evaluation
1.1.1.
Develop and implement the project M&E Plan, including the design of pre-/post-tests, satisfaction surveys, and qualitative feedback tools for the digitalized courses.
1.1.2.
Oversee data analytics from the LMS, tracking learner engagement, completion rates, and assessment scores for the digital courses.
1.1.3.
Generate evaluation summaries and data visualizations to communicate program impact to management and external partners.
1.1.4.
Synthesize M&E findings into reports, ensuring data is used to suggest practical improvements for future course iterations.
1.2
Communication and knowledge management
1.2.1.
Prepare project communication and documentation materials, including correspondence with partners, project briefs, slide decks, and activity-based reports.
1.2.2.
Laise with the Center’s knowledge management and communication units to ensure TQDU’s publicity and communication materials are executed timely and according to the Center’s branding standards’
1.2.3.
Ensure all project documentation, including learner profiles and evaluation results, is organized, archived, and ready for audit review.
1.3
General technical support
1.3.1.
Co-facilitate various unit activities such as learning sessions, stakeholder meetings, and focus group discussions.
1.3.2.
Assist in developing high-quality instructional materials, including presentation decks, handouts, infographics, and digital learning assets for digital courses.
1.3.3.
Monitor project implementation progress and identify potential risks, delays, or quality issues, and elevate concerns to the Project Manager and Unit Head.
1.3.4.
Coordinate with subject matter experts, instructional designers, and other project partners.
1.3.5.
Undertake any other duties as may be assigned to ensure the effective implementation of project and Centre activities.
2. QUALIFICATIONS
2.1
Education:
2.1.1.
Bachelor’s degree in education, Communications, Social Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field.
2.2
Experience:
2.2.1.
2-3 years of relevant experience in training or educational development, with a strong focus on Project Communication and Monitoring and Evaluation.
2.3
Technical Skills:
2.3.1.
Advanced Microsoft Office Skills: High proficiency in Word (complex formatting), Excel (data tracking/reporting), and PowerPoint.
2.3.1.
Digital Tool Literacy: Proficiency in Canva for basic design, and engagement tools like Padlet, Mentimeter, and Zoom/MS Teams.
2.3.1.
LMS Familiarity: Experience in organizing and updating materials within a Learning Management System.
2.4
Communication:
2.4.1.
Strong written and oral communication skills in English, with a sharp eye for detail in editing and proofreading.
2.5
Aptitude:
2.5.1.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple priorities.
2.5.2.
Strong interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with a diverse team of specialists, learners, and partners.
2.5.3.
Highly organized with a focus on accuracy and procedural compliance.
