1. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Design and develop tools for conducting comprehensive learning needs assessments.
1.2
Develop detailed project concept notes and proposals.
1.3
Develop and maintain key project management documents, including:

Project Implementation Plans
1.3.2.
Budgets
1.3.3.
Risk Assessments
1.4
Design innovative learning experiences for online, face-to-face, or blended training programs.
1.5
Create high-quality learning materials such as narratives, slide decks, video scripts, and assessments that align with learning objectives.
1.6
Lead and facilitate engaging learning sessions for diverse audiences, ensuring effective delivery of content and achievement of learning outcomes.
1.7
Manage comprehensive documentation for programs or projects, including portfolios of partners and stakeholders.
1.8
Ensure all documentation and records are up-to-date, accurate, and accessible for reporting and auditing purposes.
1.9
Undertake any other duties as may be assigned to ensure the effective implementation of project and Centre activities.
2. QUALIFICATIONS
2.1
Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution of higher learning, preferably with at least 18 units toward a Master’s degree.
2.2
Strong preference for candidates with advanced studies in Education, Instructional Design, Project Management, or related fields.
3. SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
3.1
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in adult learning design and project management.
3.2
Experience working on international programs or in multicultural environments is highly desirable.
3.3
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with a strong track record of meeting deadlines and achieving project goals.
4. WORK EXPERIENCE
4.1
Excellent Writing Skills: Strong ability to produce clear, concise, and well-structured documents, including proposals, reports, and learning materials.
4.2
Project Management Expertise: Demonstrated experience in managing all phases of a project lifecycle, from conception through completion.
4.3
Facilitation Skills: Ability to effectively facilitate learning sessions, engaging participants and fostering a productive learning environment.
4.4
Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
