SEAMEO INNOTECH Centre Director Dr. Majah-Leah V. Ravago emphasized the important role of teachers in guiding learners toward the responsible, ethical, and critical use of artificial intelligence (AI) during a National Teachers’ Month learning session organized by GMA Network. She highlighted that AI should serve as a tool to enhance teaching and learning, while educators remain accountable for fostering critical thinking, adapting assessment practices, protecting privacy, and ensuring that technology is used responsibly in education.
