BIO
Dr. Nay Win Oo was born in 21st October 1967. He is maintaining an impeccable record with no disciplinary actions throughout over 36 years of total service. He is serving in the capacity of Rector from December 23, 2020, to the present at Lashio University, East Yangon University and University of Mandalay (a period of nearly 6 years). He participated in drafting the National Education Strategic Plan (2021–2030). Currently serving as a member of the Geography discipline in the Myanmar Academy of Arts and Science and serving as a Steering Committee Member for the Geography Ph.D. programme at Yangon University, Bago University, and Myeik University. Currently serving as a member of the National Education Standard and Quality Assurance Evaluation Committee assigned by the Ministry of Education and acting as a representative to SEAMEO INNOTECH since 2021.
