Mr. Rafsanzani Muhammad Akbar is an experienced educator from South Sumatra and has served as Principal of SD Negeri 17 Talang Ubi since 2023.
He founded the Digital Education Community (2019–2024) to promote technology‑enabled teaching and innovative classroom practices. He is active in community development across Indonesia and the ASEAN region. Mr. Rafsanzani’s contributions to education have received international recognition, including inclusion in the HundrED 100 Global Collection 2026 and selection as a Top 50 Finalist for the 2025 Global Teacher Prize (Varkey Foundation and UNESCO).
