Modality

Implemented in two modality varieties. Purely online – This modality will only cover the online phase. Blended – This modality will cover all three phases (Phase 1: Online, Phase 2: In-person, Phase 3: Online integration)

Duration

2 months for the purely online modality – 60 hours for purely online. 1 month online, 5 to 8 days in-person and another month online for the blended version – 86 hours for blended

Learning Outcomes

By the end of the course, participants will be able to:

Critically analyze and reflect on personal leadership practices, values, and identity to enhance self-awareness and professional growth as a school leader

Assess and interpret the influence of current and emerging global, regional, and local trends on school systems and educational leadership

Design and articulate a compelling, future-ready vision and strategy for school improvement and transformation

Apply strategic leadership tools and approaches to promote innovation, resilience, and organizational learning within schools

Develop, initiate, and sustain professional learning networks and communities of practice that support collaboration and continuous improvement among school leaders

For the blended modality, an additional learning outcome is: Prototype, test, and implement AI-supported and context-sensitive innovations that address specific challenges in school development and management
