Online (Combination of Asynchronous activities accessible via the INNOTECH Flexible Learning Management System) and Synchronous Sessions facilitated by a Learning Coach

Duration
2 months – 60 training hours
By the end of the course, participants will be able to:
Analyze how the external environment contributes to the divides and how divides bring forth issues and challenges in the school
Understand the Bridging Leadership Framework and utilize it to create a vision of change
Implement strategies to engage stakeholders in creating a shared vision and collective response
Co-create sustainable change initiatives with stakeholders
Hear from educators and school leaders across Southeast Asia as they share their experiences, insights, and learning journeys with SEAMEO INNOTECH programs.
