Innovators SEAL: STEM ED Leadership for Change Program

Course Overview

This course strengthens participants’ application of core STEM teaching and learning practices while equipping them to co-design a school culture that actively supports and sustains it. Grounded in the belief that nurturing students’ inquiry, problem-solving, reasoning, and modeling skills demands alignment across the classroom and school leadership, the course brings both roles together around a shared vision.

The course is organized into two integrated components: STEM and Leadership.
