Duration
3 months – 75 training hours
By the end of the course, participants will be able to:
Assess the impact of local, national and global challenges and trends in education and their implications for their school
Define strategic thinking and innovation as it applies to school heads
Analyze how to effectively use strategic thinking and innovation in addressing school challenges
Evaluate the success of the program or project in terms of its lasting impact on stakeholders
Formulate strategies
Design the school plan using the Input-Process-Output-Outcome model
