Learning Outcomes

By the end of the course, participants will be able to:

Apply developmental supervision strategies that match supervisory approaches to teachers' levels of professional maturity

Conduct the full clinical supervision cycle to systematically observe, analyze, and provide feedback on classroom instruction

Design differentiated supervision plans tailored to the diverse needs and goals of individual teachers

Apply coaching principles and structured dialogue techniques to empower teachers toward self-directed instructional improvement

Facilitate meaningful mentoring relationships that support the growth and retention of teachers across career stages
