QUEZON CITY, Philippines — SEAMEO INNOTECH and the Accrediting Agency of Chartered Colleges and Universities in the Philippines (AACCUP) formalized a partnership to advance quality assurance, accreditation, and educational innovation through the signing of a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) on 25 September 2026.
The partnership establishes areas of collaboration in quality assurance, accreditation, and capacity building, including initiatives related to the development of accreditation instruments and micro-credential programs.
The agreement was signed by SEAMEO INNOTECH Centre Director Dr. Majah-Leah V. Ravago and AACCUP President Dr. Anthony M. Penaso, with Dr. Juan Robertino D. Macalde and Dr. Milabel Enriquez-Ho serving as witnesses.
Through this partnership, SEAMEO INNOTECH and AACCUP reaffirm their shared commitment to strengthening quality assurance practices and exploring innovative approaches to education.
