We appreciate the use of our research to support another study. Kindly send a formal letter of request addressed to our Center Director, Dr. Ramon C. Bacani, and noted/approved by your superintendent. In your letter, please indicate the extent and nature of the use of the tool/instrument, and the rationale for adaption or adoption of the tool/instrument.
