ASEAN–UK SAGE Phase 1 Regional Dissemination Opens in Jakarta with INNOTECH Participation

Day 1 set the tone for bold conversations and shared commitments as the ASEAN–UK SAGE Phase 1 Regional Dissemination Event opened on 2 March 2026 in Jakarta, Indonesia. Education leaders, policymakers, and experts from across ASEAN came together to unpack key findings, from SEA-PLM insights to innovations supporting out-of-school children and the transformative use of technology in education. The message was clear: evidence must drive action for more inclusive and resilient learning systems.

INNOTECH actively contributed to these high-level exchanges through Dr. Majah-Leah V. Ravago, Centre Director, who engaged in strategic discussions and met with INNOTECH Governing Board members Dr. Set Seng (Cambodia), Ms. Sitthattha Taikeophithoun (Lao PDR), Mr. Simao do Rosario (Timor-Leste), and Ms. Kusuma Nawaphanpimol (Thailand GB Representative) during the event. It was a powerful reminder that regional collaboration is not just dialogue, it is momentum toward real change.
