Datuk Dr. Habibah Abdul Rahim
Datuk Dr. Habibah Abdul Rahim is one of the distinguished graduates of INNOTECH Programs. A seasoned educator and leader, she currently serves as the Director of the SEAMEO Secretariat in Bangkok, Thailand.
Datuk Dr. Habibah Abdul Rahim’s career reflects a deep commitment to advancing education across Southeast Asia, with a focus on innovation, collaboration, and regional cooperation. Through her leadership, SEAMEO has strengthened its role in shaping educational policies and programs that empower learners and educators in Southeast Asia.
Dr. Sadat Minandang
Dr. Sadat Minandang is a dedicated Filipino school principal, and a graduate of SEAMEO INNOTECH’s GURO21 course. His commitment to excellence in teaching and school leadership has earned him international recognition.
In 2019, Dr. Minandang was honored as a Princess Maha Chakri Awardee, a distinction given to outstanding teachers across Southeast Asia who have made significant contributions to education and community development. His influence continued to gain global attention when he was named a finalist for the Global Teacher Prize in 2023, one of the most prestigious awards celebrating exceptional educators worldwide.
Dr. Mary Hazel Brigola Ballena
Dr. Mary Hazel Brigola Ballena, School Principal II of Consoliman, Bangued, Abra, is a distinguished education leader whose impact has been recognized both regionally and nationally. As a recipient of the Southeast Asian Educational Innovation Award (SEA EIA) and the 2023 Dangal ng Bayan Award, she embodies excellence in public service and champions innovation in education.
