Dr. Majah-Leah Ravago on Human-Centered Leadership at Gumi Education Forum

INNOTECH Center Director and Chief Executive Dr. Majah-Leah V. Ravago championed “humanistic leadership” during her plenary address at the 3rd Gumi Education Forum in South Korea (Dec 17–18, 2025). Co-organized by Kyungwoon University and the SEAMEO Secretariat, the forum explored the theme “Empowering Educational Leaders for Human-Centered Digital Transformation”.

• TEEGRI Success: The Technology-Enabled Early Grades Reading Interventions (TEEGRI) was featured as a model for designing tech as instructional support—not a stand-alone solution—while building teacher capacity alongside tool introduction.
• A New Benchmark: The presented framework offers a roadmap for Southeast Asian nations to bridge the digital divide while prioritizing human connection.
