
INNOTECH Seals Education Alliances with DepEd, DEPDev, UP, and EDCOM2 to Advance Learning Outcomes
INNOTECH signed key partnership agreements with the Department of Education (DepEd), the Department of Economy, Planning, and Development (DEPDev), the University of the Philippines (UP), and the Second Congressional Commission on Education (EDCOM2). These partnerships strengthen national efforts to create an inclusive, future-ready education system and to drive improved learning outcomes across the country.
As a center of the Southeast Asian Ministers of Education Organization (SEAMEO), INNOTECH is prioritizing the development of this regional framework for 2025, aimed at transforming education in the Philippines and Southeast Asia.
Partnerships for Long-Term Institutional Gains
These strategic alliances deliver long-term, institutional benefits to both the Philippines and the Southeast Asian education sector. INNOTECH and its partners are committed to co-developing evidence-based education policies, grounded in the latest research and data. They will also focus on:
- Building the capacity of educators and academic leaders to meet the evolving needs of learners
- Piloting and scaling innovative learning solutions that address both access and quality
- Supporting reforms through shared insights and policy recommendations
- Strengthening cross-institutional collaboration to foster innovation and technology in education across the Philippines and Southeast Asia.

World Bank Country Director Dr. Zafer Mustafaoğlu delivered the keynote address at the inaugural session of the INNOTECH Seminar Series on Education, Innovation, and Technology.
