INNOTECH Showcases Research Insights at ICETI 2026
From anticipation to impact—Dr. Sherlyne A. Almonte-Acosta, Ph.D., Head of the Education Policy Advocacy and Research Unit of SEAMEO INNOTECH, successfully delivered her keynote address at the International Conference on Educational Technology and Innovation (ICETI 2026), held on February 5–6, 2026 at Silliman University in Dumaguete City, Philippines.
During the opening plenary session, she presented INNOTECH research findings on pedagogical approaches, teacher motivation, and digital citizenship in Southeast Asia—spotlighting evidence-based insights that strengthen future-ready teaching and learning across the region
