SENIOR PROJECT ASSOCIATE
TERMS OF REFERENCE
I. JOB SUMMARY
• Design and develop tools for conducting comprehensive learning needs assessments.
• Develop detailed project concept notes and proposals
• Develop and maintain key project management documents, including:
o Project Implementation Plans
o Budgets
o Risk Assessments
• Design innovative learning experiences for online, face-to-face, or blended training programs.
• Create high-quality learning materials such as narratives, slide decks, video scripts, and assessments that align with learning objectives.
• Lead and facilitate engaging learning sessions for diverse audiences, ensuring effective delivery of content and achievement of learning outcomes.
• Manage comprehensive documentation for programs or projects, including portfolios of partners and stakeholders.
• Ensure all documentation and records are up-to-date, accurate, and accessible for reporting and auditing purposes.
II. QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution of higher learning, preferably with at least 18 units toward a Master’s degree.
• Strong preference for candidates with advanced studies in Education, Instructional Design, Project Management, or related fields.
III. WORK EXPERIENCE
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in adult learning design and project management.
• Experience working on international programs or in multicultural environments is highly desirable.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with a strong track record of meeting deadlines and achieving project goals.
III. SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

- Excellent Writing Skills: Strong ability to produce clear, concise, and well-structured documents, including proposals, reports, and learning materials.
- Project Management Expertise: Demonstrated experience in managing all phases of a project lifecycle, from conception through completion.
