JOB SUMMARY

The Social Marketing Consultant will develop and execute the social marketing plan that will encourage the enrollment of OSYAs and other O2 program beneficiaries in the ALS program and to build a positive perception of ALS program of the Department of Education.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Educational Attainment
    • Educational background in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Business, New Media, or Public Relations.
  • Work Experience
    • Proven working experience in social marketing, social media marketing or as a Digital Media Specialist (preferably with experience working with international organizations, NGOs or on programs and projects related to education)
    • Experience in project management.
    • Proven ability to create compelling multimedia content (text, video, audio, photo).
    • Excellent consulting, writing, presentation, and communication skills.
    • Adequate knowledge in photo, video editing and other content creation software.
    • Adequate knowledge of web design, web development, and SEO.
    • Adept at using a wide range of social media platforms including analytics tools.
    • Positive attitude, detail and client-oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability.
    • Fluent in English and Filipino.
