Senior Project Associate (Office of the Deputy Director)

JOB SUMMARY

Under the guidance of the Deputy Center Director, the Senior Project Associate shall provide technical and administrative support on the development of Centre’s 11th Five-Year Development Plan and activities of the Office of the Centre Deputy Director in relation to the Center’s mandate, mission, and vision.

The engagement of the Senior Project Associate shall commence from April 1, 2024, to December 31, 2024.

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1.  Reporting Relationships

  • In performing services, the Senior Project Associate shall coordinate with LQMO and report to the Centre Deputy Director.

2. Logistical and Technical Assistance

  • Provide timely and efficient logistical and technical assistance to the Centre Deputy Director in the planning, design, organization and conduct of research and other projects and activities in accordance with approved timelines and quality standards of the Centre;
  • Prepare, monitor, and update documents as may be identified;
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date records and databases for all assigned projects and activities including proper and accurate documentation of assigned projects in compliance with the quality management system of the Centre;
  • Perform other related tasks that may be assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

 Educational Attainment

  • Completion of appropriate Baccalaureate Degree from a duly recognized/ accredited institution of higher learning.
  • Completion of a certificate and/or diploma program leading to a Master’s Degree (equivalent of 18 units) is an advantage.

Work Experience

  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
