LEARNERS’ ORIENTATION | LEADeXCELS: Leading Education in Emergency Situations
SEAMEO INNOTECH, in partnership with DepEd Region IX, conducted the Online Learners’ Orientation for the LEADeXCELS: Leading Education in Emergency Situations course on October 17, 2025. The activity gathered school heads and program officers as they began a two-month online learning journey focused on strengthening leadership for learning continuity, preparedness, and resilience during emergencies under the TransformED Lab Suite.
