In 2017, SEAMEO INNOTECH developed the Multiple Career Development Pathways (MCDP) Toolkit to support the Senior High School Program and Career Guidance Program. In this session, your students will be engaged in a career planning process that matches their personal career goals to their family’s career preference and financial capabilities. They will also be introduced to labor market and possible educational institutions that match their prospective career path.
