Monthly Spotlight – March 2020 Issue

Monthly Spotlight is an electronic publication of SEAMEO INNOTECH which features a certain research or learning program. For the month of March 2020, we featured two Alternative Delivery Modes (ADMs) of education–Open High School Program and Home School Program.

There are many barriers that can push learners out of the formal school system. Alternative delivery modes (ADMs) are education solutions that may help students who are not in regular schools acquire the needed basic learning competencies and life skills. Here are some best practices of ADMs across Southeast Asia.
