Monthly Spotlight is an electronic publication of SEAMEO INNOTECH which features a certain research or learning program. For the month of May 2020, we featured the IMPACT learning system.

Instructional Management by Parents, Community, and Teachers (IMPACT) is an Alternative Delivery Mode(ADM) that started in the ’70s. It promotes active learning and engages parents and the community as educational partners.
