The MCDP Toolkit aims to provide Homeroom Guidance teachers with basic tools and techniques in conducting career coaching activities for Grade 10 or incoming senior high school students. The Toolkit consists of career planning activities and assessment tools to help learners in determining the various options available to arrive at a chosen career goal (i.e. selecting a preferred senior high school track based on the learner’s talents, values, interests, personal goals and aspirations).
