Abstract

The CD4C Toolkit is a practical resource designed to help teachers, guidance counselors, guidance designates, and school heads introduce age-appropriate career development activities to young learners from Kindergarten to Gradeschool. It supports early career awareness through school-wide events and classroom lessons that help children explore jobs, recognize their interests and strengths, appreciate different roles in the community, and build foundational life and career skills through play-based and meaningful learning experiences.
