Nine out of ten educators see the need for early career education, yet fewer than half of schools offer it.[1] CD4C bridges this gap, turning career guidance from a one-time high school decision into a continuous, learner-centered journey. Developed by SEAMEO INNOTECH with the Philippine Department of Education (DepEd), the CD4C Toolkit comes in four volumes, one for each level from Kindergarten to Grade 3. Each volume includes seven class lessons and two school-wide career events, bringing career-related learning into the earliest years of basic education. Born in the Philippines, CD4C is a pioneering, scalable model for all of Southeast Asia.
