SEAMEO INNOTECH Strengthens ASEAN Partnerships in Jakarta
On the morning of 8 December 2025, the INNOTECH Center Director and LDMO Manager visited the ASEAN Secretariat for a courtesy meeting with H.E. San Liwin, Deputy Secretary-General for the ASEAN Socio-Cultural Community (ASCC).
H.E. San Liwin expressed appreciation for the visit and acknowledged INNOTECH’s longstanding contributions to SEAMEO programmes and regional education initiatives. The Director also connected with Mr. Royce Escolar of the Aus4ASEAN program (DFAT) and briefly met Ms. Amalia Serrano from the ASEAN Education, Youth, and Sports Division during the courtesy call.

The visit further included an introduction to Ms. Dameria Rimta K. Silangit, Assistant Director and Head of Programme Cooperation and Project Management, opening opportunities to explore potential areas of collaboration aligned with ASEAN’s education and cross-sectoral priorities. Strengthening these regional linkages continues to be central to INNOTECH’s mission.
