I cannot access my iFlex account, what should I do

Hi! Here are some possible reasons for this issue:
  • Wrong server: Please note that every course and/or region has their designated server to manage the user traffic. Kindly make sure that you are logging in the server assigned for your program.
  • Wrong username: Please note that your username is the first letter of your first name, your middle initial, and your surname–all are in lowercase.
  • Wrong password: The default password is P@55w0rd –the “0” is zero
