SEAMEO INNOTECH Celebrates Philippine Independence Day at Vin d’Honneur 2026

MANILA, Philippines — SEAMEO INNOTECH participated in Vin d’Honneur 2026, hosted by President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. and First Lady Louise Araneta Marcos at Malacañan Palace on 12 June 2026, joining members of the diplomatic corps, leaders of international organizations, and senior government officials in the celebration of Philippine Independence Day. 

The annual gathering served as an opportunity to strengthen relationships among partners committed to cooperation, mutual understanding, and shared development goals. It also provided a venue for engagement and dialogue among key stakeholders from government, international organizations, and the diplomatic community. 

Representing the Centre was SEAMEO INNOTECH Centre Director Dr. Majah-Leah V. Ravago, whose participation reflected the organization’s continued commitment to fostering collaboration and strengthening partnerships that support educational development and regional cooperation.
