INNOTECH Welcomes EVSU Students for Immersive Learning Visit
The activity gathered 48 students and faculty members and introduced them to the practical applications of ICT in institutional operations and educational programs. Through the visit, participants gained insights into how organizations use technology to strengthen systems, improve efficiency, and support learning initiatives.
The Centre conducted an ICT presentation that highlighted the systems, platforms, and digital initiatives that support its programs and services. The session allowed students to understand how technology enables organizations to manage information, deliver services, and expand access to educational resources.
Students actively participated in an interactive question-and-answer session that encouraged discussions on technology trends, IT infrastructure, and the challenges of managing digital systems in professional environments. The exchange connected classroom learning with industry practice and helped students gain broader perspectives on career opportunities in information technology.
The learning visit also gave participants an opportunity to tour key facilities within the Centre. Students explored the Knowledge Resource Center, server room, and multimedia studio to observe how different technologies support research services, digital content production, and institutional communication.
