PEACeXCELS Module 2: Promote Peace and Respect

As school head, your role as an instructional leader in your school includes providing education that promotes peace and respect for cultural diversity. Your role as school leader is integral in helping young people learn howto deal with conflict creatively and non-violently by providing them the concepts, values, and skills needed to build a culture of peace.

The second module in the PEACeXCELS flexible learning course aimed at providing peace education through effective school leadership among school heads. This module focuses on your expected role as an institutional leader in promoting peace and respect for cultural diversity
in your school.
