This video provides an overview of the Philippine Multigrade Schools Monitoring & Evaluation System, how it tracks children’s access to basic education services, how the system tracks the quality of the teaching-learning experience, and how to jumpstart the implementation of the M&E System. This material is part of the tripartite project of the Department of Education (DepEd), UNICEF, and SEAMEO INNOTECH entitled, Technical Support to Multigrade Program in the Philippine Education (TS-MPPE).
