The Southeast Asian Ministers of Education Organization – Regional Center for Educational Innovation and Technology (SEAMEO INNOTECH) is principally dedicated to identifying education problems and needs of Southeast Asian countries and developing innovative and technology-based solutions to address these problems.

The SEAMEO INNOTECH Educational Innovation Digest is a special publication on educational innovations introduced by teachers and school heads in Southeast Asia. This is published semi-annually by SEAMEO INNOTECH.
