The Philippine Government has recently placed the National Capital Region (Metro Manila) under General Community Quarantine (GCQ). To comply with the protocols under GCQ, SEAMEO INNOTECH, the Regional Center for Educational Innovation and Technology is adopting alternative work arrangements (i.e. skeleton workforce and work from home) for our staff.
